Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

| Product state | Unopened, unused, and in the original manufacturer packaging with the cellophane seal and cap unremoved. |
| Proof of purchase | Valid order number or receipt. |
| Country of return | Applies to orders delivered within Lebanon and the GCC. Customers outside these regions must contact us for a case‑by‑case assessment. |
Important: Perfumes are classified as cosmetics. For hygiene and safety, opened or sprayed bottles, testers, or decants cannot be accepted for return unless the item is defective (see § 2).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains a leaking bottle, or you receive the wrong item:

Photograph the outer box, the shipping label, and the item itself within 48 hours of delivery.

Email the images and order number to support@oleumperfumes.com.

We will arrange a free pickup or send a prepaid return label. A replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued once the item is inspected.
3. Non‑Returnable Items

Opened, tested, or partially used fragrances.

Items without the original box or with missing accessories (caps, sleeves, samples).

Clearance items marked “Final Sale”.

Gifts with purchase and free samples.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a request: Email returns@oleumperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Await authorisation: We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and instructions.

Pack securely: Place the sealed product in a sturdy box with cushioning to prevent breakage.

Ship back: Use the prepaid label (Lebanon) or your preferred insured carrier (international). Keep the tracking number.
Returns sent without an RMA or beyond the 14‑day window may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.
5. Refunds

Inspection: Once received, returns are inspected within 3 working days.

Approval: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Timing: Banks and card issuers typically credit funds within 5–10 working days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable (except for § 2 cases).
6. Exchanges
Want a different scent or bottle size? Initiate a return as above, then place a new order at your convenience. We cannot reserve stock but will refund the original item once it is back with us.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 working days have passed since our confirmation email and you still haven’t received your refund:

Contact your bank; processing times vary.

If the issue persists, email billing@oleumperfumes.com with your RMA number.
8. International Returns
Customers outside Lebanon/GCC are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties. Clearly mark the parcel “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid import fees. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
